THERMOPROZESS heat treatment units are compact, portable units that include the power source and the necessary devices for the implementation of the measurement, control and register. They have proven themselves under difficult conditions on construction sites and in factories. The thyristor-controlled TA-Units in its power outputs 48 kW, 60 kW, 72 kW, 84 kW and 108 kW have an infinitely-adjustable secondary voltage of 0V up to 84V and are therefore adaptable to the varied heat treatment tasks. This makes the TA-series the ideal solution for all heat treatment tasks. The units are characterized by ease of use, versatility and reliability and they are on the state of the art. Due to the high diversity of the THERMOPROZESS heat treatment units, they can be used in all areas of heat treatment.

Take advantage of our new, modern touch panel (P600 ) controlled systems. These have a huge number of advantages, such as the welder traffic light that allows the welders on site, by a single glance, to stay within the temperature tolerances, which is inevitable for modern steels. Alternatively, our units can also be equipped with separate controllers (T144). All units are equipped with 6-channel analog-printers, but can be equipped with state of the art and tamper-proof digital temperature-recording devices.
