TEBER KALİTE NTD KAYNAK VE ISIL İŞLEM SAN. TİC. LTD. ŞTİ. (“Teber Kalite”, “we”) processes the personal data collected through teber.com.tr and our other communication channels as data controller under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (“KVKK”), as described below. The Turkish version of this notice prevails.

3. How we collect data
We collect personal data electronically, by automatic or partly automatic means, through the forms on our website, e-mail, phone and the technical infrastructure of the site (server logs, cookies).
4. Transfers
Only for the purposes above and only as far as necessary, your personal data may be shared with:
- our service providers for the website, e-mail and server infrastructure (hosting is provided from a data centre outside Turkey; such transfers are made in line with Art. 9 of the KVKK),
- the manufacturers we represent and shipping/logistics companies, where required for a quote or sale,
- public authorities legally entitled to request it.
We do not sell or rent your personal data to third parties for marketing.
5. Retention
We keep personal data for as long as needed for the purpose it was collected for and for the periods required by law; after that it is erased, destroyed or anonymised. Your newsletter subscription is kept until you unsubscribe.
6. Your rights (KVKK Art. 11)
You have the right to:
- learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it,
- learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used for that purpose,
- know the third parties in Turkey or abroad to whom it is transferred,
- request correction of incomplete or inaccurate data, and erasure or destruction under Art. 7, and ask that these actions be notified to the third parties it was transferred to,
- object to a result against you arising exclusively from automated analysis,
- claim compensation for damage caused by unlawful processing.
Where processing is based on consent (newsletter), you can withdraw your consent at any time.
