How is the Structure of Phased Array Probes and what are the properties?
Phased Array probes contain multiple transducer elements, which can be excited groupwise or sequentially.
This enables electronical scanning, sweeping and focusing of the soundfields.
The array properties are defined by
n = number of elements
p = pitch, distance between two element centers
e = element width
g = gap between two elements
L = length of the elements
f = frequency
BW = spectral bandwidth.
